West Midtown Ferry Terminal at Pier 79
Five Star Electric provided the electrical installation for the three-story West Midtown Terminal at Pier 79. Covering an area of 150,000 s. f., off West Street in Manhattan, the all-glass terminal was completed in 18 months. Skanska USA Building Inc. was the construction manager, William Nicholas Bodouva & Associates was the architect and Joseph R. Loring was the project engineer. The project was completed for the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
