Times Square Station
Complex (phase 1)

Five Star Electric completed all the electrical work for the Phase 1 rehabilitation of the existing Times Square Station Complex at 42nd Street, one of the world’s busiest rail hubs. The electrical portion of the project consisted of new custom lighting, new electric service and distribution and various communication and fire alarm systems throughout the station. This design-build job was completed ahead of schedule. The general contractor was Slattery Skanska/ Gottlieb Skanska Joint Venture, with architect Mariano D. Molina P.C. and engineer Vollmer Associates. The owner was New York City Transit.
