Five Star Electric was the electrical contractor for this brand new 346-room and 52-suite five star hotel located on 44th Street, off of Sixth Avenue in New York City. Five Star provided all of the lights, power, fire alarms, audio visual systems, fiber optics and telecommunications and other low voltage system requirements for the rooms, health club, ballrooms, restaurants, meetings room and grand lobby. Bovis Lend Lease, LMB was the construction manager and Brennan Beer Gorman provided architectural and engineering services. The owner was Normandie, LLC.
