Ritz Carlton residence & Hotel at battery Park

Five Star Electric’s High Rise Division completed the electrical installation for the Ritz Carlton Residences & Hotel at Battery Park, New York. The 560,000 s. f. luxury building includes 39 floors, 310 five-star hotel rooms and 119 condominium apartments, which view the Hudson River. The facility has a well-appointed health club and spa, state-of-the-art pre-function spaces and a ballroom all on site. Gotham Construction was the construction manager, Gary Edward Handel & Associates the architect, I.M. Robbins Consulting Engineers, P.C. the engineer and Millennium Partners the owner.
