Queens West Building Six

Queens West Building 6 is a luxury 31-story high rise residential rental building located in Long Island City overlooking the East River and the Manhattan skyline. Five Star Electric’s High Rise Division completed the electrical installation for the new 550,000 s. f. building which includes 498 apartments. The building has a health club and ground-level retail space. This is the first building of a seven-building, 3,039 apartment complex. The architect was Schuman Lichtenstein Clamon Efron Architects, IM Robbins, P.C. was the consulting engineer and Rockrose Construction is the owner-builder.
