Queens Center Mall Expansion

Five Star Electric was part of the construction team which built the new, six-story 500,000 s.f. Queens Center Mall Addition located in Elmhurst Queens, New York. Five Star also provided the new fire alarm system for both the new addition and the existing shopping center. The project was completed for the owner, The Macerich Company, in two years. The construction manager was Sordoni Skanska /Barney Skanska, Inc., Joint Venture. The architect was Gilligan & Budnowski, Architects, and the engineer was DLB Associates.
