The Plaza Hotel & Residences
One of New York’s landmark hotels, the 20-story one million s. f. Plaza Hotel is undergoing a massive fast-track renovation that will include its transformation into 182 luxury condominiums and 250 hotel residences. The project will include the installation of over 8,000 light fixtures, 8000 devices and low voltage audio visual systems for each room. Five Star Electric is part of the construction team along with Tishman Construction, Costas Kondylis & Partners, LLP and Flack & Kurtz Consulting Engineers. The owner is ELAD Properties. This project is anticipated to be completed by mid-2007.
