Millenium Tower Residences

The Millennium Tower Residences, a 400,000 s.f. luxury condominium building, is located in Battery Park, New York. Five Star Electric’s High Rise Division is completing this design-assist installation for the 35-story tower. The Residences include a health club and numerous other luxury amenities. In addition, the project includes sustainable components, including a “green building” western recycling plant, photovoltaic cells and a micro-turbine among other measures to increase energy efficiency. The owner is Millennium Partners. The architect is Gary Edward Handel & Associates, the engineer is I.M. Robbins Consulting Engineers, P.C. and the construction manager is Gotham Construction Corp.
