The Bloomberg Building
More commonly called the ‘Bloomberg Building,’ 731 Lexington Avenue is a mixed used office and residential tower including 29 floors of commercial space and 26 floors of residential space that house 105 apartments. Bloomberg News is the building’s major tenant. Residential owners are a ‘who’s who’ of business, entertainment and sports personalities. Five Star Electric’s High Rise Division completed the electrical installation for the residential portion of the project. The construction manager was Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc., the architect is Schuman Lichtenstein Claman Efron Architects and the engineer is Flack & Kurtz Consulting Engineers. The owner is Vornado Realty Trust.
