Ambulatory Care Pavilion at Bellevue Hospital

This new 10-story 225,000 s. f. Ambulatory Care Pavilion at Bellevue Hospital, located on First Avenue between East 19th and 28th Streets in New York City, was completed on schedule and within budget. The project is an extension to the existing Bellevue Hospital facility and includes a 300-foot high glass atrium lobby. Five Star Electric was the electrical prime contractor performing the core and shell electrical work for the project. The construction manager was Turner Construction Company. The architect was PEI Cobb Freed & Partners Architects and the engineer was Cosentini Associates. The owner is the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
